I accept payment by paypal only. Payment is to be made immedately at the time of purchase. I will gladly accept e-checks through paypal, but please note that your item will not ship until the payment has cleared.

I ship items as soon as possible (usually within 3 business days) after cleared payment has been received.

I can't control how quickly your item arrives to you. Please allow up to 6 weeks for items to arrive to international destinations, this includes the USA.

For international buyers, please keep in mind that your country could charge you a customs and/or duty fee upon arrival of your package. These possible charges have nothing to do with me and are the responsibility of the buyer to pay.

Please insure that the item you are buying is permitted to be shipped to your country before you buy it.

For hygiene reasons, returns for earrings will not be accepted.

I am very easy to work with and want for you to be happy, so if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or you feel your item was not as described, contact me and we will work together to resolve any issues.

To be eligible for a refund, please let me know upon arrival that you want to return the item. It must be mailed back to me within 5 days of your receiving it, and it must be returned to me in the condition you received it. If I do not receive the item back, there will be no refund issued. The shipping cost to return the item is the buyer's responsibility to pay.

Shipping fees will not be included in any return, as I did ship the item to you and had to pay to do so.

NONE OF THE PRODUCTS IN MY SHOP ARE INTENDED FOR CHILDREN!!! Things like jewelry contain small parts that can pose a choking hazard, and are not meant for children. I accept no liability should you choose not to follow this warning. I can't stress this enough, please do not give anything from my shop to a child!

All items are made and kept in a smoke-free home. I do however have cats, so if you are allergic to cats, please be aware of this.

Please do not tug on or pull your jewelry. As with any other jewelry, it is somewhat fragile and it could break.

Please note that the colour of the beads in the picture may vary from how they look in person. This is due to the difference in calibration of individual computer monitors.
