*Shipping*
Shipping will occur within 5 days of payment date. We ship via Thai Post Office Air Mail. All packages are Registered Mail.
If an item is Registered Mail it includes Delivery Confirmation and Insurance up to $50. If the item has not arrived in 30 days we will file a claim with the Post Office on your behalf.
The customer is responsible for all custom issues in the receiving country. Any duties due to import the product are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship the parcel marked as a gift every time.
*Refunds and Exchanges*
Any item can be returned within 14 days of purchase received for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
