Payment

I prefer PayPal to all other forms of payment. It has great, easy ways to pay and transfer money. It also is a safe, secure method and has efficient reporting that protects you, as a buyer, and me, as a seller. Safe and secure purchases are my # 1 priority! I would like to make buyers feel more comfortable with purchasing online.


Shipping

KimArt typically ships via standard shipping for all orders, domestic and international. If you would like a faster shipping speed, I will need to be notified at the time of purchase, and I cannot promise that I can commit to an expedited shipping service because of my hectic work & school schedule.


Extra fees will be necessary for expedited shipping, and upon agreement, you will be billed for this service. For non-deliveries, I require a 2-3 week wait period in case the item is sent back to me. If this does not occur, I will refund 50% of the item price, excluding any shipping charges.


I ship items within 1-3 business days. All products are wrapped with love and layers to protect them. I believe that paying the few extra dollars in the long run saves a lot of trouble.


Refunds and Exchanges

I will accept refunds within 7 days of delivery if you are unhappy with your purchase. Refunds will be sent out after the item has been returned back to me. Buyer pays return shipping. Refunds will be issued for the total amount minus shipping costs. Item must be returned in the condition it was received in in order to qualify for a refund.


Non Deliveries

Unfortunately, non-deliveries happen sometimes. In over 3 years of selling, this has only happened to 3 of my customers, and I hope to handle these cases as best as possible.


For international orders:


Tracking information is extremely expensive to provide on orders made outside of the United States. Typically, these deliveries take 3-4 weeks, and it is up to the buyer to contact me if after this time has past and my goods still have not been received.


For non-delivieries, I typically allot 6-8 weeks until after the date of shipment. I know that this is a long time, but because of the international order time, it could take this long for a package to be sent back to me or finally reach the buyer. If it is 8 weeks from date of shipment and the package still has not been received, I will refund the purchase price of the item, minus the shipping expenses that were a cost to me.


For domestic (inside the US) orders:


I must allot 4 weeks in case the item(s) is returned to me.
