With the exception of custom orders, I ship within 5 business days of receiving payment (excluding holidays and weekends). Custom orders may take longer depending on the purchase.
I recommend purchasing insurance, as I cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. If you wish to do so, please let me know and I will invoice you for the insurance.
I am not responsible for any customs taxes when shipping internationally. The customer will be responsible for any customs charges.
With the exception of custom orders, returns are allowed if you notify me within 5 days of receiving the purchase. Please contact us before returning the item. I will give you a full refund minus your original shipping charge as soon as I receive the item. The item must be returned exactly how it arrived to you. Any worn items are not eligible for a refund. Customer pays all shipping charges related to the return.
