Returns are accepted within 14 business days of delivery date and there is a 35% restocking fee. The items must be returned in their original and unused condition and shipped via Registered Mail (with trace code). Please inform in advance, if you will be sending something back and wait for approval.
If above requirements are met, the refund will be issued to your account, less the 35% restocking fee on the date of receipt of the item back.
Shipping fees cannot be refunded in both ways.
