Please know that by purchasing items in my shop you agree to the policies stated below.

Custom Orders are ALWAYS WELCOME. I love to do them and they make up half of my business.

A minimum 75% deposit is required to cover the cost of materials (this is non-refundable), before work begins. In most cases this will be through paypal. The subsequent listing will reflect the remaining 25% owed plus shipping costs. The Custom Order will be shipped only after receipt of the total balance owed.

If you need special payment arrangements, please message me to discuss them.

**Once Custom Order is finished, buyer will be notified. It will be held 'Reserved' for 2 weeks pending payment in full. After 2 weeks, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing, the item will no longer be listed as 'Reserved' and will be Officially for Sale in the Shop.

If item has been embroidered or otherwise personalized, there may only be a partial refund, as it may not be sellable at that point. This will be decided by shop owner.

If you are looking for a matching item, specific sizes, themes, colors or color combinations, or personalized embroidery please don’t hesitate to contact me with the request and I will work with you to try to accomodate your wishes.

After payment is received:

- US purchases will be shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority with Delivery Confirmation included. Larger Items may be sent Parcel Post.

- Expedited shipping is available for purchase on request.

- Ready-to-Ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days (usually 1)

- Custom Orders will be shipped as soon as I can make them (usually 2-7 business days if I have the materials here, longer if the fabric needs to be purchased...).

- Once the item(s) are mailed, I will send you an email with 1) Shipped Date and 2) Delivery Confirmation Information.

- All orders will be mailed to the address provided by PayPal, unless you specifically request otherwise. Please make sure that your address is correct!

- {LBF} is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.

- If you have not received your item(s) within 10 business days from Ship Date, please contact the USPS and/or your local Post Office first, and then contact me.

***PITTSBURGHERS*** Please message me to work out shipping/ delivery details because I may be able to HAND DELIVER, thus reducing costs.

- International purchases may require additional customs/ duty fees and taxes and are the responsibility of the buyer.

- All International Shipments are sent at the cheapest rate possible unless otherwise specified by the buyer.

-Shipping Overages over $1.00 will be refunded

- Upgrades, Insurance and Tracking can be purchased at additional cost

- Ready-to-Ship items are shipped within 1-3 business days.

*Combined Shipping costs are for items shipped to the same address. If multiple items are intended to go to separate addresses, regular shipping rates will apply for each separate address.

If you are unhappy with your item, it may be refunded in the following manner:

* The buyer must contact me (politely) within 48 hrs of delivery date, and briefly explain why they’re unhappy with the purchase. I want happy, repeat customers, so lets talk and try to resolve the issue.

* All returned items must be postmarked within 3 business days of delivery date unless agreed upon by both buyer and seller in writing.

* All items must be returned/received by {LBF} in original, re-sellable condition and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

* Once the item is received by {LBF}, the original purchase price plus the original shipping cost will be refunded via PayPal and the order will be cancelled.

***NOTE: Returns on items shipped outside the US will not be accepted due to customs and fees.

***NOTE: If the item was, upon request of the buyer, Embroidered or otherwise personalized, the item will not be accepted back as it will not be re-sellable.

This fabric has not been pre-washed. I would recommend washing bedding and larger blankets by themselves the first time, otherwise you may get fuzzies all over the rest of your laundry.

For those who have the time and patience...Machine wash on cold/ gentle cycle then tumble dry on low heat. Do NOT iron.***Recommended***

For those (like me) who have 2 toddlers, 10 loads to wash and no time ... just throw them in with the towels and sheets and then dry them on HIGH. Do Not iron.***Note: This may affect fabric quality over time***

In my effort to be Environmentally Aware, every item you purchase is placed in a (polyethylene) plastic bag; water resistant, 100% recyclable, & lightweight to reduce shipping costs and then mailed in a cardboard box, also recyclable. I will try to reuse boxes when they are "like new", so if you would like a new mailing box, please let me know. 100% recycled paper and scrap materials are used to package the product, clean recycled newspaper may be used to fill voids in the mailer, and I do not include a paper invoice when mailing my items to you so please refer to your email confirmation for invoice details.

All items in this shop are handmade by me, so variances in pattern placement and thread colors may occur. No two items will be exactly alike, and products may vary slightly from the photos due to picture quality, lighting, monitor settings, etc. The item shown in the picture will be the exact item sent to the buyer unless specified in description.

New items are always added so check back often to see what’s available!!
