Our normal shipping time is within 20 days, and our rush order delivery time is within 10 days, the cost for rush order is $30. This cost is paid for first class of express and sewer who would like to work extra time to finish this dress.
Each dresses packed into water proof, the outside if package from express, such as DHL, UPS, please iron dress when you receive them, as it has been packed tightly during shipping.
Standard size or custom size
There are no extra cost to do custom size, so we usually suggest custom size, as size of your maybe not the same as standard size, if you want custom size, we need following measurement
1, bust
2, waist
3, hip
4, your height
5, your heels
We usually send dresses by Express.
By DHL, UPS, shipping time is within 3-5 days.
Most brides order dresses at a time, we recommend this way, firstly, we could use the same roll material to make them, then it could avoid dye lot shading, secondly, the shipping cost will be half charged from second dress to last one.

1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.
2, paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,
3, paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned.
4, dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.
All dresses made by hand work, although we can’t be careful, there might be some small problems which we can’t be totally avoided, but take it easy, if there are our problems to make dresses wrong size, color, style, you will get full payment back!
We will accept returns if there are quality problems, wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us, but we offer free alternation.
But for custom order, sorry we can't accept returning, please note this policy, because even they returned, we can't sell them again in the future.
