All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, you can also choose our custom size service, which is for free.

1) After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. 

2)If there is something wrong with our product, please contact our customer service within 3 days of your order's delivery date*. If you want to return it, please include your order number and an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return.PS:We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged, and we have 3days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made.

1)And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back.

2)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information

3)Photos of the package you send back;

4)Tracking number; 

5)All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund. 

6)Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.
