Shipping costs include handling and shipping supplies to ensure your stand gets to you in one piece.
For international orders I will have to fill out a customs declaration form. These forms will be filled out truthfully. Any duty imposed by the country of destination is out of our control.
Although I do my best to package carefully, sometimes things get hurt in the post. Please make sure your postal delivery person doesn't throw objects over your fence (you'd be surprised!).
Send me a photo of the damaged items as they arrive and I will be happy to send you a replacement or your money back as you wish and cover return postage fees for US orders. International orders will be refunded minus shipping fees.
My hope and goal is that all of my precious stands will come to you in one piece!
In the case of a simple change of mind or you just don't think the stand is what you were expecting, I will gladly refund the price of the stand minus the shipping expenses within 7 days. Please send me an email to let me know what's on your mind and I will happily accept the return. We can always have a chat about what it is you didn't like and try to make something else that fits your ideal a little better!
