All products in my shop are handmade by myself.

Produce a new product takes 5-7 working days after the payment clears (please note: Israeli business days are Sunday-Thursday).

Average delivery times:

Europe-1 to 2 weeks

USA, Canada – 2,5 to 3,5 weeks

Asia - 4 to 5 weeks

Australia - 1-3 weeks

Delivery is made by airmail with tracking number.

Faster shipping is available upon request. Shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

All orders will ship ONLY to the address listed in PayPal. If you need to ship to an address that is not currently listed in your PayPal account, please add the address to your account before purchasing (you can add multiple shipping addresses to your PayPal account. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel.

If the problem is unsolvable, you can return the product within one week in its original condition and receive a full refund. (not including shipping costs.)

The shipping cost for returning the products are to be paid by the buyer.

Our product warranty is 4 months limited from the date of purchase.

If the product was damaged after 4 months since purchase, the store will not accept any liability.
