Good morning. I wanted to write and check to see if you have anyway of checking the status of the shipment. It's been past the typical time mentioned for the delivery, "8 to 18 working days (i.e. approx 2 - 3 weeks)" so I wanted to follow up.

Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, I think you have input the incorrect country on the shipping address (you input as Singapore), hence there is a short payment of $1 on the shipping fee. I have sent you a PayPal request for the payment.
