I accept Paypal and most major credit cards. I cancel unpaid transactions after 4 days - unless we have arranged something else. I will hold items for a few extra days - just email me and let me know what your specific needs are and I will do my best to accommodate you!
I ship via Priority Mail USPS with Delivery Confirmation within the U.S. (as available) and First Class for International delivery, if you would like express shipping please email me before purchase.
*Please note* The listed shipping price includes the actual postage price plus the cost of packaging supplies (bubble wrap etc.).
Unless otherwise requested all orders are shipped without insurance, but will have delivery confirmation if available (Delivery Conformations Not available for First Class International Shipping).
Please make sure that you have a confirmed PayPal address or that your current address matches your PayPal address.
In order to protect your financial security, PayPal requires that we ship all orders to the address on file with PayPal. If this address is not your current or correct address, please alert PayPal.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Your item(s) will be mailed First Class International to reduce shipping costs. I will add insurance costs if you request it.
International Buyers are responsible for all additional costs and/or customs fees.
I take great care to properly package my items to avoid damage. However, if an item should arrive broken or damaged, please send me a photo of it within 5 business days to arrange for an appropriate replacement or refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me so that we may rectify the situation. If you wish to return the item, please email me within 10 days with your intention to return it. Once I receive the item(s) undamaged, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item. Shipping costs, to and from, are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipments must be sent insured. Items should be returned no later than 15 days after purchase for a full refund.
