Message on a Necklace is happy to accept returns on most items, eg Inpiration Necklaces and Message on a Necklace gift sets.. However, we are not liable for the additional postage costs incurred. We cannot accept returns on items specifically customised for the buyer eg. name necklaces, monogram necklaces, engraved bracelets because these items cannot be resold.
