I use PayPal as a payment method. Shipment of item will commence within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment into my PayPal account. Updated information will be made available on deadlines and cancellations in due time, please convo me if any special requests wants to be made. Please ensure that your Paypal address details are correct, as that would be the address I use to ship your item, and I can't be held responsible for address errors due to the incorrect details given.

Purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 working days from receipt of payment. All orders are sent via Standard Airmail from Johannesburg, South Africa, which can take up to 4 weeks, but with perfect conditions can be received within 10-14 working days. There is an option to register your package, ensuring that your parcel can be tracked at an additional cost of $5.00. Please ensure that your Luulla/PayPal address is the correct address to be delivered to, as I can't be held liable for incorrect details being supplied resulting in non-delivery. Please feel free to convo me with any additional delivery details, or any other needed specifications.

As each item is unique and 100% handmade, I do not except returns or exchanges at this time, except in extreme instances i.e.: damaged goods. Please read the listing description thoroughly before placing your order. Please feel free to convo me if you have any questions about any item. I do put insurance on every package sent, to ensure that the package can be replaced in the event of it being lost via the Postal systems.

BOO!beloobie range of Toys - Each item is 100% handmade. The toys are stuffed with a non-collapsible ball fibre. I would not recommend that the toys be machine washed, to ensure that the different types of fabric stay looking their very best, being either felt, suede, prints, denim, faux fur, please use a sponge/damp cloth with clear water and dab to clean. Please allow for slight variances in the finishes pieces, as each item is uniquely handmade. No 2 items are the same.
