You can pay for your Miss Knit Nat items through Luulla via PayPal. Payment must be received immediately upon completion of your order.
Your item/s will be handmade to order and I will aim to get them ready for you as soon as possible, the current turnaround time is within 14 days of receiving cleared payment. If you need your item urgently please contact me and I will see what I can do :)
All items will be sent from the UK and sent via Royal Mail signed for service if within the UK which is estimated at 1-3 working days, or international signed for service if outside of the UK (estimated at seven working days). If you require additional insurance please contact me.
The customer is responsible for any duty/import taxes.

Lost items will only be refunded if they are insured and once this insurance money has been received from Royal Mail (as I am unable to trace it through Royal Mail any sooner than this).
