I ship items out within 1-3 days after payment if the item(s) are pre-made. Made to order items may and usually do take a bit longer.( see Additional Info.)
Items are shipped USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days)
For international orders (5 -10 business days).
Items that weigh over 13 oz. go out Priority.

You are responsible for paying ANY and ALL international customs fees, taxes, VAT and other fees.
I will always try to describe my items as best as I can and if there is any question about things don’t hesitate to ask, please.
If an item gets lost or damaged in the mail, I will do my best to try to remedy the problem either by replacing the damaged or lost item , or by refunding you what you paid or offer a store credit, it will be up to you.
I am willing to exchange or replace anything that is not 100%.
Please convo me if you feel unhappy with your purchase so we can work out a resolution.
For returns I issue a 90% refund (10% covers fees incurred by PayPal. Shipping fees are not refundable.)
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivered shipment. Items must be returned within 5 days of return request and must arrive in the same condition in which they were received or they will not be accepted. I will refund the cost of the item minus shipping charges and PayPal fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. As are any charges incurred by PayPal when I issue the refund. If you are returning a garment, please mark the custom form, ‘returned goods’ and the Value ‘NA’ – not applicable.
All customs fees and returned goods are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are sending a returned item, you should mark the custom form with ‘RETURNED GOODS’ under the column for ‘value’ you should state ‘NA’ – not applicable’ if the return good has a value and customs charge me to collect the item, I will pass this fee onto the customer and I will deduct from the final refund.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I will also do custom orders. Just ask me anything and I will try to do it for you. Depending on your request and how many custom orders I have going on at one time, depending on the item(s), I will need anywhere from 3 days on up to 2 weeks or so to complete it. I will keep good correspondence and can send pictures of the progress and eventually of the finished product for the buyer to view. If the buyer is satisfied, then I shall list the item in that buyers name.
OTHER DETAILS
My items are made in a smoke-free home.
We have outside pets but they do run through the house on occasion.:)
