Horrible horrible product. I purchased a watch for my daughter for Christmas and it came DIRTY, DAMAGED and a completely different color and print than was advertised online. I asked for a refund and a case on Luulla was opened. It is now July of 2017, and I am receiveing emails that the disputes has been closed because the seller said my item was refunded, whicj it was NOT. I will NEVER use this scandalous company again- BUYERS BEWARE- BUYERS BEWARE- BUYERS BEWARE
