I only accept payment via Paypal, it's very easy, quick and safe to use. All prices are in US Dollars.
Please note you do not need a Paypal account to do this. When you check out click the pay by Paypal option and you will be forwarded to a secure page, that gives you the option (on the left hand side) to pay using your debit or credit card.
All items are shipped from Italy.
I always ship to your luula Address, if you wish me to ship your package to a different address (or to the one on your paypal receipt) please send me a convo or drop me a note in the "Message to the Seller".
I usually contact you by mail within 1-2 days during the week after your purchase. The The Items will be shipped within 1-2 days and orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped on following Monday.
As I do my best to make the safest package, please note that I am not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. If something will happen, please convo or email me!
Shipping to America and Japan generally takes around 15-25 days to arrive, although it can vary from a few days to a month.
To Europe things are quicker, like 7-15 days, and 15-30 days to New Zealand and Australia.
In general if your purchase isn't arrived within about three weeks after you order, please let me know, I'll always be glad to talk with you to work things out about any problem..But before getting worried we should give the package all the time it needs to arrive.
Use Priority mail because it's so fast.
If you want a different shipping, we can find an agreement fot the kind and we'll have to revise the shipping cost. Mail me and we'll find a solution.
Please consider that I cannot be responsible for any duties or customs fees for international orders, they are sole responsibility of the buyer.
Please check your items when you receive them. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback.

If you would like to return your purchase, you must contact me before sending the items back, and within 30 days of payment.
