We ship only to confirmed addresses. We ship out Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Delivery confirmation will be used on all packages that are mailed. We'd love to combine shipping to save money. All additional items are only $1 to ship in addition to first fully paid shipping. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages once delivered. Please note that we ship to PayPal addresses and not the Etsy address. Make sure you update your account to show the correct shipping address before your purchase!

International customers Please send me an email first so we can figure out appropriate way to ship the products.

If you are not happy with your order in any way please let me know. We will be glad to replace the item that you are not satisfied with - one time only. If a refund is necessary it will be given after you return the unused items to us within 3 business days from the time you received the item with the return shipping to be paid for by the buyer. Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know via email or message! :)
