~We ship all orders with 2-10 business days of payment being received (Saturday, Sunday and USPS Holidays are not considered business days).

~We can only ship to the PayPal address specified in the PayPal account at the time of the order. If an old address has been left with the payment information, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for shipping to the incorrect address.

~We only ship using USPS first class mail which is a normal 2-5 business days in addition to the processing time for domestic orders.

~International customers please verify with your post master normal processing time. USPS states 6-10 business days for delivery, but in my experience the time for delivery varies from country to country. Not unusual to see between 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Current processing time is 2-10 business days after payment is received. International orders may take a few more days.

We ship International orders Friday and Saturday exclusively. (Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business day)

At times, depending on the amount of orders in my queue, I am able to accept Rush orders. Please contact me BEFORE placing the order. A Rush processing fee will be accessed. I am not able to accommodate all rush order requests, please plan accordingly.

All photos are taken in natural light, and sometimes depending on the time of the day, the photos may be darker or brighter, also some monitors could also portrait minor color variations.

We gladly accept custom listings. Please email us with any particular request before placing the order to ensure product availability and we can meet or exceed your timeframe.

We are a small retailer and we don't carry huge quantities of any of the products shown. If you see something that interest you, but decide to wait, is a good opportunity to miss it the next time you shop with us :) buy it while it is available

Payment is due immediately via PayPal.

We ship all our USA orders using USPS thru PayPal. You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation directly to your email. If you need particular details, please message me at any time. (I work hard to answer all messages within hours but keep in mind that all messages will be answered within 1-2 business days).

I don't send a confirmation email for the receipt of the order or a separate tracking email. At the time of purchase, you will receive an email from Luulla on my behalf with details of the transaction and once the order is ready to ship PayPal will email you with the tracking confirmation on my behalf.

~Canada Post seems to take longer. Once the order is dropped at the post office, your country postmaster determines the delivery time.

~Different countries experience different delivery time, we use USPS first class International mail. USPS states 6-10 for delivery but this time is estimated and not a guarantee. We send several international packages weekly, and we have experienced deliveries within a week of dropped and as long as six weeks.

No tracking confirmation could be place on International orders

All International Orders will have insurance included with the cost of shipping. If you are purchasing whitin USA you can buy separate insurance. Please message me for quote.

Ready to ship orders ship within 2 business days. All other orders are custom made per your specifications. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be processed, and the additional 2-5 business days (domestic orders) or 6-10 business days (International) first class mail to arrive to your destination.

All items are handmade and will ship within 2-10 business days of the payment being received.

Please do not combine ready to ship items with regular items within the same order if you need the item ready to ship right away. Please place two separate orders. Items with different shipping status (ready to ship and custom made) within an order will follow normal processing time (2-10 business days) will calculate shipping as it is a single shipment, hence we can only ship once unless you contact us for the shipping difference.

All sales are final, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each headband is custom made and shipped with great care and detail.
