We ship via Speedpost (Singapore) Air Parcel.
Transit time for major cities usually takes 6-12 working days, however Singpost suggests that 10 working days have to be added during festive season. Any delay in the destination country is beyond control of Singpost.
I am confident of my work, however, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me in advance for refund within 3 days of receipt of your package and BEFORE leaving feedback.
