I only use components and create items that I would love to wear myself! However, if you are allergic to any materials it is your responsibility to find out if my items contain those materials. In most cases I can offer an alternative which may or may not incur an extra charge. I am always happy to help!

I only accept Paypal as a form of payment at this time.

Orders will only be shipped once payment has CLEARED. If I am aware of a delay with your payment, I will contact you to make you aware of when the items will be shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, you may not change or cancel any part of your order, however if you have made a mistake prior to shipping please get in touch as soon as possible. I cannot guarantee that I can change the order, but I will do my best.

UK

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the item, so each item's page will list it's specific charges. Most jewellery items ship for a flat rate so you will only be charged once for postage, no matter how many items you buy (unless otherwise stated). I ship Royal Mail First Class. If you require an alternative shipping method, please just ask!

It is your responsibility to make sure I am shipping to the correct address. If you discover you may have supplied me with the incorrect address, please contact me AS SOON AS POSSIBLE after you have made your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL

I can ship my items worldwide. I will retain proof of postage for each item and will file a claim for any items that do not arrive to you in one piece so please get in touch. If your item gets damaged or lost or is returned to me I can only do my best and can not be held responsible for mistakes made by the Post Office.

Unfortunately I have no control over any customs charges that may apply in your country.

If you wish to select a shipping option where your package is insured and/or tracked, please just ask! :)

Due to keeping my item costs low, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. This is because the cost for returning items will just not be worth it. However if there is a serious problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll do my best to resolve it for you.

FAULTY GOODS

If your item is faulty, I will offer a refund or exchange. In the case that I require the faulty item returning to me I will refund the cost for sending the item**. You may be required to send photographic evidence that the item is damaged.

If you require an exchange there will be no charge for sending out the replacement item.

If you are returning an item to the store, I suggest you use a secure service with a tracking number and/or insurance as I can't be held responsible for items that do not arrive.

Some items may be available in larger quantities, please get in touch if you require more than one. Wholesale orders will receive a discount, please get in touch to discuss a wholesale contract.
