OnoDesign is a Dutch based studio, established in 1995 by Maja Brom.
OnoDesign is a professional design studio with ample experience in branding and logo design. We are creative, flexible and reliable and offer innovative design for your print and digital communication.
Payment is required prior to starting work.
We accept payment via Paypal.
Shipping and delivery is free and electronic.
Refunds are issued according to the guidelines demoted below:
Cancellation prior to receiving the first proof:
If the order is cancelled within 48 hours after making your purchase a full refund will be issued, if cancellation is initiated after these 48 hours have elapsed and prior to receiving the first proof a fee of $25 will be applied.
Cancellation after the first proof:
We stand behind our designs and do our utmost to satisfy our clients. If however you are unsatisfied with the first drafts provided, for whatever reason, we offer a 50% refund.
Cancellation after the second proof:
If you decide to cancel the order after receiving the second proof we offer a 25% refund.
Cancellation after the third proof:
After the third proof has been sent to you, a refund is no longer possible.
All cancellations must be communicated within 48 hours after receiving a proof.
You have 14 working days to complete any design project. If you become inactive with your project after the 14 days it will be considered abandoned and completed, no refund will be due. I can place your project on hold if needed.
All colors used are Pantone system guide colors, the color you see on the screen may differ slightly to the actual printout result.
All rejected concepts remain the property of OnoDesign. It is prohibited to use or copy any of the rejected concepts presented to you during the design process.
Onodesign reserves the right to display any work for reference purposes.
