Paypal only at time of purchase. We reserve the right to relist the item 3 days after purchase if payment has not been received for any reason. We also understand things happen and expect the buyer to email us if an extension is required.
Custom orders, when/if offered must be paid in advance. (See "Handling Time" Policy for custom orders) + information will be offered in store policies under Custom Orders Policy and within the listing offering customization.
There are no refunds.
Regular Orders:
Items listed are complete and handling time is 1-3 days to ship unless there are extenuating circumstances in which are out of our control. You will be notified if a delay is anticipated. If necessary you will be offered a refund if there are extended handling times.
Custom Orders:
Depending upon the complexity of the project, we will provide a "general" estimate of completion time. We will do our best to expedite custom orders and would ask for 3-7 days for completion. If the order requires more time, you will be notified.
DOMESTIC US SHIPPING
All domestic shipping is shipped first class through USPS, usually with delivery confirmation supplied to your email on account when shipped. Special services such as Registered, Insured, Priority or Express requires added fees. Please contact us for an invoice generated with actual fees from USPS for those services. Any orders totaling $100.00 or more will include insurance at no added cost.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not tracked. Please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Customs duty or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders are declared on customs forms as appropriate. Please upgrade shipping for protected benefits.
Opal Raven is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Please upgrade postal services for those protected benefits. Buyer is responsible for filing a claim if insurance is requested and we will assist as much as possible.
