Paperella WILL NOT be held liable for any monogram, names, or text that has been entered incorrectly by the customer at time of order.There will be NO refunds or exchanges on items that are personalized wrong because the information entered by the customer was incorrect.Return request should be submitted to us via email. All sales are final on personalized,sale,and clearence items. Returns(damaged,defective,or incorrect products)must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and will be eligible for replacement of the original itme only. Inspect your products immediately when received. No returns/exchanges after 15 days from receipt of merchandise.
