At this time I am only accepting PayPal. Paypal is very easy to use, and if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal to pay by debit/credit card. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding PayPal or how to pay for your order

I require payment within 48 hours of your purchase. After that, all unpaid items may be relisted. Items will not be shipped until payment is received. Failure to pay will result in a canceled transaction and/or a negative feedback.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Items shipped to Canada should arrive within 10-20 business days (although some have taken longer). All international orders should arrive anywhere from 10-40 business days depending on the country and time of year (Italy and a few other Countries can take up to 8 weeks to arrive). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I will always do my best to resolve any issues and make sure you're completely happy with your purchase.

Please contact me prior to ordering if you wish to expedite or insure your package. Requesting additional insurance/protection is always the responsibility of the buyer. Be sure to check that the address on your Paypal account is up to date before purchasing, as I will ship to that address.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your purchase so that I can address your concerns. I take pride in the items I sell, and am totally committed to making sure you are pleased with your handmade accessories from my shop.

I am not currently offering refunds or returns unless the item is defective.

If you receive your jewelry, and it doesn't fit right, or isn't what you expected, I will always be willing to work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Leaving negative feedback is a last resort! I don't like doing it, and I try very hard to work out any issues with buyers before leaving feedback. I sincerely hope you will do the same for me.
