Welcome to Polkadot Possum Designs! All of my items are designed and handmade by me in my studio in Indiana (Boilermaker country!). All items listed in my shop are available and ready to ship upon order unless otherwise specified. The item that you see is the actual item you will receive.

I also welcome custom orders. If you are interested in purchasing an item in a different color or size, please send me a message using the "Contact" link on the left side of the page. I will get back to you with the item price, shipping cost and time required to make the item.

I am a self-taught fiber and mixed-media artist who loves to create bold, bright products for home decorating and personal use. PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. All items are one-of-a-kind and I am happy to share them here with you!

I accept payment via PayPal only. Please pay for purchases within 2 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

All purchases to be shipped in the USA will be sent USPS First Class within two (2) business days of payment unless otherwise stated in item description. If you need your package quickly, expedited shipping can be requested for an additional fee, contact me before purchase.

All international orders are shipped First Class if possible (due to weight). Please let me know if you'd prefer to pay extra for priority. I apologize that due to the nature of first class int'l shipping, I cannot offer delivery confirmation or insurance to customers outside the U.S. Buyers are responsible for paying any duties, taxes and customs for their individual country. Thank you for your understanding.

I re-use shipping materials whenever possible to reduce impact on the environment! I also strive to use recyclable materials when packing and packaging our products, don't forget to recycle them!

I put a lot of care into each item I make. I offer a 7-day exchange policy on anything in my shop. If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact me as soon as you receive it so I can address your concerns promptly.

It will take time to re-make an item so please keep that in mind.

I can only accept exchanges on items that are returned in unworn, original condition (no odors or pet hair). Buyer is responsible for postage on exchanges (both ways), unless there is an error on my part.
