I currently accept PayPal only, and payment is due at the time of purchase.

Please see shipping times to determine when your order will leave my studio. Each piece is handmade by me, and I strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, while maintaining the quality and integrity of each piece. Please note that for items requiring a size or personalization information, you will need to provide this to me when ordering. Failure to do so, will result in a delay in processing your order.

Travel times can vary. I have listed approximate times, listed by Canada Post. Please note these are estimates only, and many factors can change the time it takes to arrive to you.

Within Canada >>> 1 - 2 weeks

To the U.S. >>> Approx. 2 weeks

All other destinations >>> 3 - 4 weeks

Please note that your country may impose taxes and duties charges on your package once it arrives. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and are beyond my control.

If your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order to discuss a solution. In most cases, I offer refund or exchange.

Please note that items created for you with your personalization, are *final sale* as I cannot re-list and sell to anyone else. I will consider on a case by case basis, however.

I currently create many personalized items, and can often add wording to other items in my shop that do not have it.

When ordering items that will be hand-stamped with your personalization, please verify very carefully, your instructions to me and spelling. I will be using your note to create your piece, so please double-check all information before submitting.

If there is an error on my part, I will happily offer a refund or exchange. Your happiness is very important to me, and I will consider return/exchange of personalized items on a case by case basis.
