Refunds of the purchase price are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date as long as items are returned in the same condition as they were sold, the exception being Custom designs. Custom designs are on a case by case basis.
Most items ship via USPS First Class Mail though large orders may ship Priority. International orders ship First Class Mail whenever possible.
For customers outside the US:
Please be aware that your own country's customs service may impose a range of import fees, taxes, tariffs, duties at the time of delivery. These are not in my control and I have no way of knowing when or if they will be imposed or how much they might be. For information you should contact your local customs agency.
Custom orders are always welcome if you would like something in another color or amount. Please email me through Luulla with any requests.
Most items in this shop are Made to Order or in other words, are made just for you upon purchase.
Current turnaround times for most Made to Order items is 7 business days from order placement to when the item will be ready to ship. Turnaround times on Custom orders will depend on whether materials are on hand and the amount of detail and/or number of items requested.
Please be aware that I use no molds in the creation of my items. As such each one is individually crafted and no two will be exactly the same making your item a unique piece of art.
