Leather bracelets should be kept dry. When they aren't being worn, please store either hooked as if it were on your wrist or flat. These bracelets should not be put in your purse.
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, I will accept returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Shipping charges are not refundable. Item(s) must be wrapped and shipped back as they were received (same shipping materials). Any item returned must be in new, unworn condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If the return is based on a sizing problem, I'll be happy to re-size. If the bracelet can be made smaller using the same leather & beads, then there is no charge except return shipping charges. If the bracelet is to be made bigger, there will be a charge for supplies & time plus shipping charges. I am happy to discuss any of this with you. Your satisfaction is my main priority. Please measure your wrist carefully to avoid any problems.
If bracelet is damaged, there will not be a refund.
I use First Class Shipping. You may however contact me for Priority shipping for $5.50.
