About the buyer Lease Harley,She wants to use the advantage of language to get more benefits. We try our best to deal with it.But the buyer Lease Harley not only want to get the package, but also want to get more than not less than 1/2 the $ of coat and minus shipping. We have told the buyer many times for refunds. 1, she don't ship bacck the coat, we give her some compensation. 2, She ship the package back us, we return her money. About the express , we use Hongkong post . There no any post faster then it. Like the Eu and USA etc countries, it usually takes 10-20 days, The fastest only need 1 days(doesn't including our ready time) At same time, about the speed of the express, we have no ability to control. We are seller, we are care the speed of express ,too.
