Many of my collars are already made and ready to ship. If your order is for a size / style I don't already have made up, I can usually complete them in 3 or 4 days unless I have the good fortune of getting a slew of orders all at once. ☺ Either way, I'll give you an estimated ship date.

I want you and your pooch to be happy! I will happily reimburse you the cost of the item as long as it is returned unworn and undamaged. Should you choose to return the item, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Reimbursement will be paid to you upon receipt of the returned item.
