***If buyer want to cancel and change order , please contact seller within 24 hours after buyer ordered it.
***If buyer don't note or select device(iphone4/4s/5/5S/5C or other) and color(black/white) of case , seller will ask question to buyer.
If buyer has no response within 2 days , seller will sent case like the case in the first photo in the listing which buyer ordered.
***If buyer cancel order late, changing late or response late and buyer has received wrong order, buyer can sent it back for changing but buyer is responsible for the resend shipping fee.

***All our cases are made by ourselves , we need 1-3 days for production , and shipped out every Mon - Fri.
***Shipping via Registered mail from Thailand that usually takes 1-3 weeks delivery depending on your location but sometimes take little longer due to weekend , holiday or uncontrolled condition.
** However it may take 3-4 weeks for some place.
