All orders are shipped First class international air mail by South Korea Post with a TRACKING NUMBER!

First class international air mail can take anywhere from 10-20days.

But sometimes it takes more than that.

If you need something sooner, please choose expedite mail service.

It will take 4-6 business days after being shipped.

We will set up a listing with EMS for an additional charge.

PLEASE ENSURE YOUR LUULLA ADDRESS MATCHES YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS.

We will send the item to the Luulla address.

We want you to LOVE your items. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can simply return and get a refund or exchange to other items.

Item needs to be returned within 7days after you receive it and it should not be used.

All returns must be in original condition.
