Since 99% of my items are custom made just for you, I do ask that you allow 10 days after I receive your payment before I ship your items. In most cases, it is much less than that, and if you need it sooner, please feel free to ask, and I will accomodate you any way that I can.
My shop policy is no returns/no refunds. However, if I have filled your custom order incorrectly, I will refund your payment, in full, upon receipt of the item, within 10 days.
If you have a question regarding sizing of a hat, please measure the circumference of the head; do not try to guess, and then be unhappy because your hat does not fit.
It is my goal to provide quality custom items to your satisfaction. :)
There is nothing I love more than to see a professional photo of my product! I used to give a photographer's discount upfront, but no longer do that, because I found that I never heard back from/received a photo in return. Therefore, when you send me a photo of my product, you will be issued a discount good for your next order. Of course, your photo will be watermarked, and I will provide a link to your website for my customers.
