I ordered this a couple weeks ago, and when it came it didn't have any sleeves despite ordering it with long sleeves. Also as seen in the picture it looks as though the color fades down the dress while in reality it does not. There are only two actual colors to the dress. Contact was great until I got the dress and since then I haven't heard anything addressing the issues.
