The dress did not look as described. It has a sheer mesh material at the top of the chest area. And the bottom half is heavy and does not flow like in the pictured they posted. I have written the seller several times and they still not have responded so I could get a refund.

STAY AWAY! Terrible website to do business with. If you need a refund, they suddenly stop communicating. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

Item is extremely small and customer service is really poor! They will not exchange items so if something goes wrong you’re told it’s not their problem, take it to a tailor instead of accommodating their paying customers! I did not order a custom dress, I was not asked measurements so I bought a size up from my daughter actual dress size abs yet the dress was extremely small. It took 3wewks to be delivered and now they’re saying oh well to me during prom time! I ordered size 16W and color as is in the picture which stated there were 95 more in stock yet there’s no exchanges!!!!!! Highly upset!!!!

Would not recommend dress was nothing like picture and it’s velvet. It took longer than expected and didn’t not look nothing like the pictures.

its been over 20 days now, no dress, no shipping info and they dont respond or send me any updates, i Will contact my credit card company to report fraud now. dont buy from this vendor, Im reporting them to the CS as well. please dont buy from them anything, be smart and go somewhere safe, this is a scam.

I purchased this Dress for my 40th birthday party and I never received the dress nor a refund. They told me back on May 10th that my dress was lost in transit…I requested a refund then, and Today is May 31st and I still haven’t received my refund…This was such a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this website.

I was sent a cheap rendition of the dress I ordered ! It’s horrible! Waited a month to receive the wrong dress , that is not even close to the dress I ordered! Very disappointed , EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!

i didn’t get my dress in time and i have prom Friday and i asked the lady that i needed my dress Wednesday April 10th and she shipped my dress out April 10th and i have my prom April 12th and now my prom ruined because i dont have a dress and her communication skills bad .
