***For all ready-to-ship orders I do my best to ship within TWO days of receiving your order, and if I experience a delay I will let you know.
***All made-to-order items (resin pendants, etc) will ship up to 3-5 days after purchase to allow for drying time.
PACKAGING
All items are packaged inside a sturdy cardboard gift box (the kind jewelry normally comes in) and I ship all items in a bubble mailer via USPS First Class (to domestic), unless expedited is specifically requested.
DOMESTIC
Shipping will be to your Paypal address (tracking and delivery confirmation included) via Paypal shipping, unless your address is otherwise specified.
PLEASE ensure that your Paypal shipping address is accurate and secure!
EXPEDITED
Please convo me and let me know how quickly you need your item and I will calculate the additional cost and send you an updated invoice through paypal.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a damaged item (and I hope this will never happen), I will be happy to repair or replace it free of charge. Please return the item to me (I will take the shipping cost for USPS First Class) and I will replace or refund - your choice.
REFUNDS
If an item is not to your liking (and I also hope this will not happen), you may return it for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on undamaged returned items.
