All payment must be made within 48 hours of your order. Otherwise, I reserve the right to cancel your order, re-list the item(s) and leave appropriate feedback.
Items will be sent out every Tuesday and Friday, after payment has been received. I'll inform you via convo when the item's been sent out.
Items ship from SINGAPORE. Please allow up to 1-2 working weeks for international delivery.
I painstakingly hand-make these items, so I also take extra care in packaging them to reduce handling mishaps by the postal service.
All items will be sent via registered mail, which is included in the postage price.
Drop me a mail if your item arrives damaged, and we can work something out. I always take care in packaging my items to prevent this, but I understand that mishaps can, and do occur, so *fingers crossed* let's hope this never happens!
