I only accept Paypal at this point of time. Payment is expected at the time of purchase. If payment is not received by the 3rd day, then I will cancel the sale and relist the item. I will contact you through e-mail system to follow up about payment before I cancel the sale.

All the items in my shop are made to order and are all hand stitched. Please allow up to 4 weeks if not sooner for production (depending on the availability of stocks) and shipping.

I ship via POS Malaysia Air parcel registered mail. Unfortunately it is not possible to track packages once they leave Malaysia and delivery confirmation is not available. So, while I can provide proof of shipment on my end, I cannot be responsible for packages once shipped internationally.

I am not responsible for any custom/tax fees associated with your purchase. Please note that once i ship the item via POS Malaysia, it can take up to 3 weeks for delivery based on your country of origin. This timeframe is out of our control and we apologize for the long delivery times.

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. I will work with you if you are unsatisfied in any way.

Although i cannot offer refunds, i'll be happy to offer an exchange. If for some reason you find that your item is not satisfactory, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the item, I will gladly exchange it for something else of the same price. However, the item must reach me in new and unused condition before I send your replacement. Please note that we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchanged items

There are no returns/exchanges/refund for custom/special order or reserved items.

Please understand that each little item will be one of a kind. They are made with vintage findings and depending on the availability of stocks, and therefore cannot be identical to the picture that you see. However, they will be in the same spirit.
