I ordered a simple swatch. Never got it. After several emails. A paypal dispute. Finally got my refund. Thank God, I didn't spend money on the dress. Bad customer service. The product pictured you will never receive.

I paid for it to be here within time frame and it is not here I paid extra to make sure. She told me what date I would have itby and it did not even ship until the date she said it would be here.
