All pieces are hand crafted with great attention to detail and design aesthetic.I take alot of pride in my work and want you to love your piece so I put everything I can in to each piece of jewelry that I make! When you purchase, your item will be shipped to your indicated address within 3 business days after payment is received. All items are sent with registered mail and have a unique tracking number that allows their shipping progress to be traced.
Shipping time for items sent to the US, Canada and Australia may take 12-20 calendar days. Shipping time to Europe may take 4-7 calendar days. Insurance is not included in my shipping price but is available at an extra shipping charge. Please convo me before you purchase however if this is the case.
All sales are final. Refunds/exchanges are only offered if an item is faulty. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 3 days of receipt for a refund/exchange.
