If you don't receive items within 45 days on working days, please contact me or If you're not satisfied with the items. You can return it for a refund. You're responsible for the return shipping cost, Once I receive the item in original condition, I will send you a prompt refund to your PayPal account less the shipping fees :)
The parcel will be sent to your address in Luulla or PayPal.
The parcel will arrive to you approximately 2-3 weeks, more or less, after dispatch. However, it could take longer time during holidays, festive seasons, or post's strict security process. Except South America, the parcel will arrive to you approximately 4-6 weeks.
Parcel register have to be signed when received if in case nobody receive it, the parcel will be send back to your postal district. The parcel will be keep for limited time if nobody gets it.
