I order this dress a few days shy of a month ago and have still not received it. My daughter wanted it for her homecoming dance; however, I'm going to have to buy her another dress since this one has not even come in. I will never order from this site or seller again!

not even the shirt I ordered, according to the picture as well as the fact that it is not even the color I ordered in the shirt.

Item arrived with the neck/shoulder seam coming apart. Seller has not responded to my request for refund. Item quality very poor.

I have emailed several times about trying to return these items and to see if there is a distributor within the US. I still have not heard back, the shipping estimate is anywhere from $70-100. The size of these items are so greatly off, there is no way I can keep them.

I did not receive what I ordered. The Long Sleeved Knit Shirt Blouse HollowLong Sleeved Knit Shirt Blouse...083101 is not what I received. The sweater I received is very short. I would like to return both... the quality and color of the other sweater is terrible as well. Very disappointing - considering I just received them yesterday - 2 days before Christmas and they were gifts!

December 30, 2013 To Whom It May Concern: I just received my items today that I purchased December 7th, which I had hoped to receive in time for Christmas. When I opened the package, the sweaters were very different from their pictures online. A complete misrepresentation of your product and what I paid for. The off white/beige sweater is peach and the label is completely different from what is shown online; there isn’t even a size/price tag attached. Both sweaters do not hang long in the back, as depicted in the pictures. There is not an invoice or receipt included in the package. Please let me know what needs to be done in order for me to get my money back. I am sad to say that I am extremely unhappy with the products. Best Regards,

I need to return, the item received is not the item in the picture, nor is the the item ordered! No invoice in the package!

This item arrived and was COMPLETELY different than what was pictured/promised when purchased. The description on the post says "Long-Sleeved Knit Shirt Blouse HollowLong-Sleeved Knit Shirt Blouse" and in reality the shipment contained a short sleeve, crop top shirt of very poor quality. When I contacted the seller for return/exchange information (the shipment contained NOTHING, not even a packing slip), I was given an address in China I could ship it back to. Which of course will end up costing me more than I paid for the shirt I was supposed to receive. I believe this is a scam and the lack of follow up from the vendor after my dissatisfaction furthers that point.
