Hi! My name is Alejandra, I live in Honduras and I'm in love with so many crafts that is hard to keep track.
I make jewelry using sterling silver wire and findings, semiprecious stones, swarovski crystals and any other pretty things I find.
I started making jewelry when I was little, playing with elastic thread and seed beads and used to sell them to my classmates and over the years I learned to make other things with the seed beads until I decided that I wanted to learn how to make REAL jewelry, and playing with a very ugly set of pliers I started working with wire and more seed beads...
Slowly I was able to make fairly decent things and moved from alpaca wire and seed beads to sterling silver wire and freshwater pearls, from then on I haven't stopped and I have tried many other crafts out of curiosity and fallen in love with most of them, like knitting, card making and polymer clay sculpting.
I love crafting, it's a really rewarding job that leaves lots of room for experimenting and creativity. It's great to listen to people admire what you make and even better when you see them wearing them or showing them off and you can see how much they enjoy the things you made for them.
