I havent heard back from rhe seller and i havent gotten my dress. Total waste of money. Will not recommend to anyone

My order has been processing for a little over 2 weeks. The lack of progress and communication is disappointing.

Hello: The dress smelled like fish and the fabric is terrible. The color is not as shown in the catalog. I would like a full refund but the dress came from China. This will probably cost half the price of the dress. Can I return it to Tidell in the US?
