I prefer Paypal but accept personal check or money order. Please note that if you are paying by personal check, your purchased items will not ship out until your personal check has cleared.

Pennsylvania residents, please add 6% for sales tax to your personal check or money order. If you are paying by Paypal, the sales tax will be added for you at Paypal checkout.

Your order will ship USPS First Class mail, usually within 2 business days after receiving your payment. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the shipping process. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority with tracking and insurance, please contact me for details about additional fees.

International orders are shipped via First Class International United States Postal Service (USPS). This service does not offer tracking. I cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost once they are shipped. If you would like an upgrade to Priority International (which does offer insurance) please contact me to inquire about the costs.

International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

Please note that I do my best to make sure that the colors in my photos are the most true representation of the colors of the actual item that I can make. But please also note that I am not a professional photographer and some colors of items may vary slightly from the photo of the item. Computer monitor colors vary from computer to computer so colors may be very slightly off from that as well.

But, that being said, I do want you to be happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, a full refund is offered for items returned within 30 days in their original condition. Sorry, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

All of the lampwork beads that I use are purchased beads, but all lampwork beads are still handmade. So please realize that each bead will vary slightly from another because of the handmade nature of these beads!

Gemstone beads also vary from bead to bead thanks to mother nature! If you want to pick your own bead, just let me know!

All jewelry items by Twist 21 are small and therefore contains small parts and may not meet lead qualifications as defined by the CPSIA. The jewelry from Twist 21 is not intended for those 15 years or younger. Do not put the jewelry in your mouth or ingest.
