I have not received anything and it’s been over a month since it was “shipped.” I want a full refund including shipping charges.

received dress just before our May long weekend. Did not try it on until I returned home after long weekend. The dress does not fit properly in some areas and I am told I can not return it because I only have 2 days from delivery to make a claim. Now I am out $160 Cdn & stuck with a dress I can not wear. Not happy!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.We purchased this dress with custom measurements.The dress that arrived didn't even look like the dress pictured!!! She told me she would refund me $90 to send it back to have it fixed. I agreed at my $60 shipping expense.She sent pictures (thankfully) of the 'modified version'. Still wrong.Finally sent it back just in time for prom looking somewhat like the picture. I still had to pay $50 to have a local seamstress fix it. I asked for the refund promised.She said it was a misunderstanding that only if i had it fixed here by my own seamstress. The dress had to be re-made because it was not the same dress.If it came right the first time i wouldn't be out MORE (over $100 more). After agonizing back and forth emails she finally refunded me a small portion. BAD BUSINESS!!!
