Payment
I accept all payments through paypal but don't worry as there is no need for you to have a paypal account to pay by this method. Once you have placed your order just follow the simple steps to pay using your credit card.
Shipping
All bags marked ready to ship will be sent in 1 working day from payment. Please see my shop announcement for current shipping times for made to order bags.
All parcels in the UK will be sent by First Class Recorded Delivery. Parcels to everywhere else will be sent by international airmail service.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase then you may return the item within 7 days of receipt in its original condition and packaging. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received.
