I ordered my wedding from viva clothing and when i recieved my dress it was mouldy. The company does not care even though I told then straight away. do not buy from this company

The dress arrived and Jewels were coming off some are missing and the zipper will not go all the way up my daughter's birthday is August 11th and now I don't even have time to send it back and get another one so how do I send it back to get my refund very disappointed it's a beautiful dress but it's too much wrong with it.
